Equestrian Woods Neighborhood
The following document are the governing documents for the Equestrian Woods Maintenance Association, Inc. and should be downloaded for inclusion in any closing documents for property transfer within Equestrian Woods.
The current annual dues are $770 per household plus a Special Fence assessment of $200 for the maintenance and replacement of fencing on common properties.
Assessment fee notices are distributed January 1st and full payment is expected by the 31st of January.
